Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Our standard shipping takes 2/3 business days. If you need your order more quickly please let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Whenever possible we use recycled/reused packaging. Depending on the item you order there may be some recycled polystyrene packaging included to keep it safe in transit. Rest assured, we only reuse such packaging and never purchase single-use plastics.

You can collect your order from us in Canterbury if you prefer. Select the collection option when you are checking out and we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope you love what you buy from us, but if it's not quite right then just let us know. We will do our best to exchange the item or refund your payment, but we will need to receive the ordered item back in one piece before we can do so.
